Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
We are committed to providing high quality products. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason within 28 days of purchase, we would be happy to refund the whole amount to you on receipt of the product you have purchased.
- Goods supplied as ordered must not be returned without prior authorisation from Restore Products and all return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The products should be returned in merchantable condition.
- For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer shall receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Any damage / shortage claim must be notified immediately.
