NON-ACCEPTANCE OF EXPORT ORDERS

It is with great regret, due entirely to the stupidity of the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement, that Restore Products will no longer accept orders from our dear neighbours in the EU.
Similarly, the US has removed its $800 duty-free threshold for commercial shipments, to counter the growth of small, customer-driven, e-commerce orders from China.  So, we can no longer accept orders from our dear friends in the US.

EU €3 Flat Duty (from 1 July 2026)

As the UK is, sadly, no longer in the EU, all Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce items under €150 are subject to an interim €3 customs duty per product classification.  This affects all parcels sent through the Post Office, the cheapest way (and so the most cost
effective to our customers) of sending small parcels to the EU.  Duties, taxes and the inevitable ‘handling fee’ have almost doubled the postage charge!

US 'De Minimis' Repeal

The removal of the $800 duty-free threshold for commercial shipments means that almost all small-value exports to the US now face duties, taxes, and complex declaration processes.  Similarly, there is an inevitable ‘handling fee’, making small orders disproportionately expensive to despatch.
