Textile Courses

Courses and Study Days allow time for more in depth discussion of treatments, methodology and the complexities of textile conservation.  Through illustrated lectures and practical demonstrations, basic treatments are discussed along with preventative conservation methods.  Problems associated with cleaning, handling, mounting and display are outlined and how they can be overcome.  Delegates are encouraged to bring along their items for discussion and appraisal – always a fascinating end to an in depth day.
