Silverfish are small, wingless insects their common name deriving from its silvery light grey and blue colour, combined with the fish-like appearance of its movements. They will eat glue in books, paper, clothing, photographs, carpet, cotton, linen, silk and synthetic fibres, and so should be eliminated if found.
Nocturnal and preferring to live in areas of high humidity, such as basements, attics, kitchens and bathrooms, they feed on carbohydrates, particularly sugars and starches. Pack of 6 traps.
