Delivery Information

We send domestic and international orders by Royal Mail, although heavier orders may be sent by TNT.  We believe in recycling used boxes where they will support a second use, so you may see boxes with other companies’ names / information.

Certain products are clearly marked as for delivery only within the UK mainland.

UK orders are sent by 2nd class and usually take 2 to 3 days to arrive once dispatched (please allow 2 weeks from the point of ordering).  They are not tracked.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive once dispatched (please allow up to 4 weeks in total from the point of ordering).  All international orders are despatched Delivered At Place (DAP), also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DUU) which means that we only take responsibility for shipping the product, and require the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

A fixed Postage & Packing charge is made on each order, irrespective of size or value.
