This uncoated polyester film is suitable for providing an impermeable barrier against acid attacking and discolouring stored textiles, where the storage location is not an acid-free environment. Such locations are most likely to be wooden chests, drawers and old boxes. Lining with our Impermeable Polyester Film will eliminate this problem.This film can also be used when taking large tracings, for example when detailing the positions of embroidered pieces on church altar frontals.
The film is 96 cm wide on the roll and is available in multiples of 1 metre.
