Restore Products cannot be responsible for any misuse of any of the products supplied, and therefore we accept no liability for consequential damages of any description in regard to any goods sold by us.

- All business is on a cash with order basis
- There is no minimum order size but allow 28 days for delivery
- All prices are subject to revision without notice
- All prices are ex-works. Despatch is charged on all orders
- We reserve the right to make part deliveries
- Export orders taken only by prior arrangement
- We reserve the right to substitute products with superior versions without notice
- All goods remain the property of Restore Products until payment has been received in full
- Returns: Goods supplied as ordered must not be returned without prior authorisation from Restore Products and all return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Any damage / shortage claim must be notified immediately.
